To be clear, each list describes what the student will learn while wearing a particular belt. In other words, the beginning students will learn the skills in the White Belt Set, and must show mastery of those skills before they can promote to the Yellow Belt level. The skills must be demonstrated to the teacher and an audience in order to progress into the next belt level.
